As part of our aftercare service, we offer repairs with care and attention, helping you enjoy your jewelry for years to come.

Requesting a repair is simple. Just send your item to us by courier.

Repair Process

1. Send us your item

Please send your item by courier, enclosing a note with the following details:

  • The repair required

  • Your name

  • Your address

  • Your phone number

  • Your email address, or your Instagram handle if you prefer to be contacted by DM

2. We will contact you promptly upon arrival

Once your item arrives, we will contact you by email or Instagram DM with a repair quote and an estimated completion time.

3. Approve the quote and complete payment

After you approve the quote, we will send you a payment link. We will begin the repair promptly once payment has been completed.

4. We will return your repaired jewelry

Once the repair is complete, we will return your item with return shipping charges payable upon delivery.

After dispatch, we will contact you with the tracking number.

Repair Services

  • Bracelet size adjustment — ¥1,100

  • Resin repolishing — ¥1,100–¥4,400

  • Crack and breakage repair — ¥3,300–¥8,800

  • Chain repairs and replacement of clasps or other fittings — ¥1,100–¥5,500
    Conversion to clip-on earrings is also available.

Services We Cannot Provide

  • Removal of yellowing caused by aging

  • Ring resizing
